Refund and Exchange Policy

We have 3 days refund or exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For refund or exchange, please contact us at cs@vtbeautystore.com.

In the email please include the following information:
- Order number
- What item(s) you want to return
- Reason of return
- Attach photos of damaged/defective products

If it exceeds 3 days since your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a refund or exchange. We will respond to your message as soon as possible. Please DO NOT throw away the damaged/defective items and send back the damaged/defective items to us (at our expense).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund or exchange on sale items.

The products are all imported products, sometimes their brand packaging specifications maybe different. If the product packaging specifications are different from the actual ones, the actual product shall prevail.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange for the same items, please send email to cs@vtbeautystore.com along with photos of the damaged item(s).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In case of dispute, VT Beauty Store decision shall be final and conclusive.
